Website and CallGPT privacy

Last updated: October 4, 2026.

This notice describes information handled through lucianferaru.com and the CallGPT automated phone and text service associated with the contact channels shown on this website. The practice handling your care may also provide a separate Notice of Privacy Practices. This website notice does not replace that notice or determine which healthcare privacy rules apply to a particular interaction.

Website visits and optional analytics

Hosting and network services receive technical information needed to deliver a page, such as an IP address, browser information, requested address, and request time. Technical logs may be used for operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Google Analytics is optional. It remains off unless you accept it. When accepted, it measures visits, pages viewed, and limited interactions. A visited page may reveal an interest in a health topic. The site's measurement configuration removes URL query strings and fragments, omits the incoming referrer and original page title, and disables advertising-personalization signals. This reduces information sent; it does not make every visit anonymous or guarantee that no sensitive inference is possible.

You can decline without losing access to the website, or change your choice through . The site also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by leaving optional analytics off. Withdrawing a choice disables subsequent measurement through this site's controls and clears measurement cookies it can access. It does not retrieve information already sent to a provider.

Fonts used by these pages are served from this website rather than requested from Google's font services. Essential settings, such as a saved analytics choice, are separate from optional analytics.

Calling or texting CallGPT

Depending on the channel and configuration, CallGPT may answer using an AI assistant. Telephone and messaging information can include your number, call time and duration, message text and attachments, information you choose to provide, and recordings, transcripts, summaries, or follow-up records produced by the service.

Telecommunications services are provided through Twilio. AI processing may use OpenAI. Service providers involved in hosting, communications, AI processing, email or messaging notifications, and, where enabled, caller-identification services may receive information needed for those functions. The particular functions used can differ by practice or interaction; ask the office which apply to your contact channel.

A recording or AI-processing notice does not by itself establish every permission needed to contact someone. Recording/processing permission and permission to receive an outbound call or text are separate questions. The office should address the applicable choices before the relevant processing or outreach. If you do not want to use an automated channel, ask the office for another contact method before sharing sensitive information.

Do not use this website, voicemail, an AI assistant, or text messaging for emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number. Automated responses may be incomplete or wrong and are not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Do not assume a message is read immediately. Ordinary SMS and other channels may have privacy limitations; contact the treating practice about an appropriate channel for sensitive clinical information.

Text-message choices

Reply STOP to opt out of further messages on the relevant text thread, START to request resubscription, or HELP for assistance. A confirmation or necessary channel-control response may follow a keyword request. Message and data rates may apply. STOP does not automatically cancel an appointment, withdraw other unrelated permissions, or erase existing records. Contact the office if you need a broader change or if a request is not honored.

Providing a phone number or sending an inquiry is not a blanket permission for every kind of marketing or automated outreach. Any required contact permission, purpose, and applicable exception must be considered separately.

Uses and recipients

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling and follow-up, support authorized practice operations and recordkeeping, maintain service security, or handle a request you make. Access and disclosure depend on the service, the treating practice's rules, and applicable law. Relevant recipients can include authorized personnel, the service-provider categories described above, and recipients permitted or required by law.

Retention and requests

Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it is maintained, ongoing care or operations, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact the office for the retention and deletion policy applicable to your information. A withdrawal or deletion request does not necessarily remove records the practice must retain.

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, privacy choices, or contact permissions. The office may need to verify your identity and determine which rights, exceptions, and healthcare procedures apply. Do not include sensitive records in an initial privacy inquiry.

Use the contact information on the main website and request the person responsible for privacy. For information held by a different treating practice or third-party booking system, contact that organization directly. You can also ask your treating practice for its Notice of Privacy Practices.

Other websites and changes

External links, booking services, social-media sites, and third-party products operate under their own privacy practices. Following a link may disclose information to the destination. This notice does not control those services.

Changes to this notice appear on this page with an updated date. Review this page for the current description, or contact the office if a material change affects information you previously provided.

Accessibility
